Our rental cancellation policy apply on confirmed reservations with deposits made, every level of cancellation has vary terms and conditions.

To confirm your reservation with us, a deposit of 30% of the car rental period is made, when want to make rental cancellation before the rental date, Car Rentals Uganda makes 100% refund of the deposit for cancellations made within 24hrs.

We do not offer refunds in case you cut your trip short, you can only get a refund upon prior notice and negotiation (Terms and conditions apply).

No refunds will be given for rentals ended early, for late collections, for no shows or for cancellations made after the rental start date.
